CLEVELAND, Ohio — Politico, the political news website, has reserved the penthouse floor at the former Huntington Building for the Republican National Convention.
Officials with the news organization in a release Wednesday said they plan live events during the week of the convention in the space at 925 Euclid Ave., a few blocks from Quicken Loans Arena, the main convention venue.
Many downtown Cleveland locations are expected to be booked for the RNC.
Other organizations that will have a presence in Cleveland during the convention include Twitter — which will rent out the Greenhouse Tavern on East Fourth Street, The Hill, the political news site that will occupy Cibero Italian Kitchen in Playhouse Square and CNN, which has reserved the Harry Buffalo bar and restaurant across the street from The Q.
